We are seeking a LPN to provide direct nursing care to clients, reviewing/updating a plan of care in response to identified needs, coordinating the appropriate services, setting up med boxes . Must be a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), with preference given to those with a minimum of one year of nursing experience in a home setting. Candidate must be willing to travel throughout the Luzerne/Columbia County area based on 50 mile radius of the agency office.
