This growing company is currently looking for a Sous Chef in the Collegeville area! This person should have an abundance of energy and a strong work ethic. Candidates should have:
* 2+ years of current Upscale Casual Dining Sous Chef experience
* High volume background; must have Sous Chef experience in restaurants doing over $2 million in sales per year
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing Back of the House hourly employees
* Ability to maintain high levels of food quality, hygiene, and consistency
